In the event of damage to product(s) in shipping it is the policy of Oxccidus to follow the same policy and procedures of the respective shipping company. The customer, or receiver, to whom the package is addressed must report the damage to the shipping company (ie: UPS) within 5 business days of the receipt of the damaged package.

Occasionally if an item is on back order, or out of stock, the customer will be notified and may choose either to wait, order another item or receive a full refund.
